About Rebecca

Rebecca is an experienced and versatile Occupational Therapist with 10 years of clinical experience across community, rehabilitation and independent practice settings.

A qualified Moving and Handling Train the Trainer, Rebecca has developed specialist expertise in equipment provision, housing adaptations and postural management. Her background in rehabilitation, brain injury and orthopaedics enables her to interpret complex clinical information from multidisciplinary teams, recommend appropriate rehabilitation programmes, manage complex discharge planning and advise on future care and support needs.

Rebecca has extensive experience working with clients living with brain injury in both inpatient rehabilitation and community settings, as well as in acute mental health environments. This breadth of experience has sharpened her communication and interpersonal skills - both written, through comprehensive report writing and clinical notes, and verbal, through rapport building, conflict management and developing strong professional relationships.

As a Senior Occupational Therapist, Rebecca demonstrates strong organisational and leadership skills within the OT team, whilst her work across multiple independent sector organisations has enabled her to apply her clinical expertise creatively across a wide and varied range of cases.
