About Jamila
Jamila is an HCPC Registered Occupational Therapist with over 14 years of clinical experience. She specialises in neurological rehabilitation, having extensive experience working with adults presenting with a range of neurological conditions and complex rehabilitation needs.
Jamila’s clinical expertise include upper limb rehabilitation, spasticity management, cognitive and visual processing rehabilitation. Jamila is experienced in the assessment and provision of specialist seating systems and in managing complex moving and handling needs.
Jamila is experienced in assessing functional abilities, identifying barriers to independence and recommending appropriate rehabilitation strategies, including equipment provision and environmental adaptations to maximise independence and safety in daily activities.
Jamila takes pride in maintaining ongoing professional development to ensure her practice remains evidence-based and aligned with current clinical standards in neurological rehabilitation.
