About Helen

Helen is an experienced and compassionate occupational therapist with 13 years of NHS practice, specialising in supporting children, young people and their families. She has strong clinical experience and skills within the field of paediatric OT. She work with children with a wide variety of condition and diagnoses, within their homes and education settings.

Helen is passionate about delivering impactful interventions to support each child’s development and participation in personal, leisure and educational activities. She brings a proactive, solutions-focused approach to her work, underpinned by a deep belief that every child deserves the opportunity to thrive.

Helen's practice is grounded in both evidence and empathy. She has delivered parent workshops, written for professional publications and been invited as a guest speaker on podcasts. Becoming a mother has deepened her understanding of the lived experiences of families navigating support systems, strengthening her commitment to supporting children and their families through Occupational Therapy.
