Work with Inclusion as an associate OT

Who we are looking for

We work with experienced occupational therapists across the UK on a self-employed associate basis. If you have a background in any of the following areas, we would like to hear from you:

  • Equipment and adaptations assessments

  • Housing and home environment assessments

  • Disability access auditing

  • Vocational rehabilitation

  • Paediatric casework

  • Medico-legal assessments

  • Private OT practice

We work with OTs at different stages of their independent practice journey, from those taking their first steps outside statutory services to experienced independents looking for a reliable source of varied work.

What working with us involves

Our associates work on a self-employed basis and are fully supported and supervised throughout any work they take on. Work ranges from one-off assessments to longer-term contracts, and spans the public, private and voluntary sectors.

To work with us you will need:

  • At least two to three years of post-qualifying experience in a relevant field

  • Current HCPC registration and your own professional indemnity insurance

  • An up-to-date CV and DBS certificate

  • The ability to work to agreed protocols and keep us informed of your availability and progress on cases

What we offer

  • Flexible working arrangements around your existing commitments

  • Competitive rates of pay

  • A variety of work that broadens your clinical experience

  • Genuine support into independent practice if that is the direction you want to go

Many of our associates tell us that working with Inclusion was their first step into private practice. We understand that move can feel uncertain, and we try to make it as straightforward as possible.

Get in touch

If you are interested in working with us, send your CV to enquiries@inclusion.me.uk with a note about the type of work you are looking for and the areas you are able to cover. You can also find out more about life as an associate OT on our careers page.
