Since qualifying as an Occupational Therapist in 2007, Aimee has gained clinical experience in several clinical areas within statutory health and social care services as well as within the private sector, enhancing her ability to provide holistic and high quality assessments and interventions.
About Aimee
Aimee is a dedicated occupational therapist who is committed to delivering a high standard of care to all her Inclusion clients. She delivers bespoke, goal focussed interventions based on the outcomes of her comprehensive, client centered, assessments. Utilising her clinical skills and experience in the areas of housing adaptations, specialist equipment, moving and handling and functional rehabilitation, her focus is on improving her clients’ occupational performance, independence, participation, quality of life, health and well-being.
Aimee ensures high quality assessment and provision are carried out under the Care Act. She completes manual handling assessments and reviews, ensuring equipment and handling plans are person centred and provide support based around individual needs and social circumstances.
She has worked with housing and property re-location, supporting with housing applications and assessment to evaluate the suitability of a property and adaptations required to ensure successful re-housing. Aimee is passionate about creating accessible home environments to promote good health, well-being, family inclusion and optimal independence to support in recovery and health stability with managing long term conditions.
