Adele is committed to delivering a high standard of care to each of her clients, ensuring they feel valued, listened to, informed and take an active role in making informed choices and decisions. Adele uses a range of communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal, when working with individuals to ensure that each client feels supported.
Adele has experience of working with adults with Autism and learning disabilities. Focusing on maximising their independence in life skills, such as personal care, domestic activities, accessing the community, grading exposure to social circumstances, managing money and budgeting, travel training and social cues. Adele is able to create bespoke care plans for those with high functioning autism to support them into long-term employment.
Adele has in-depth understanding relating to mental capacity, and best interest decisions, safeguarding adults and deprivation of liberty support. Adele has comprehensive knowledge of the importance of working within legal frameworks and legislation, within appropriate boundaries.
