Inclusion.Me's Response To Covid-19

Inclusion.Me's Response To Covid-19

At a time when the health and social care system is under immense strain as a result of the Coronavirus Pandemic, Inclusion.Me continues to offer  our expert Occupational Therapy services to local authority OT departments and CCG commissioners across the country in order to compliment and shield front line services. We are registered on the Crown Commercial Service Covid-19 Buyer's Catalogue to offer urgent services to public sector organisations throughout the UK. We have also commissioned the attached briefing note in regards to the Coronavirus Act which will hopefully act as an additional resource to not only benefit our OTs but also to help guide our professions response to Covid-19 within social care accordingly.

We are closely following the advice and guidance published by the UK Government, NHS England, Public Health England, HCPC, the Royal College of Occupational Therapists and every Local Authority department with whom we partner. We continue to monitor and respond to this guidance on a daily basis, ensuring our therapists follow best practice guidance at all times (including the use of IT/technology & remote assessment techniques wherever possible and appropriate use of PPE and stringent social distancing methods where home visits remain a necessity).

Whilst providing essential Occupational Therapy services remains of upmost importance to ensure service users safety and wellbeing at home, our number 1 priority is always the wellbeing and health of our service users, therapists, staff and partner organisations. We are closely following the latest advice from the UK Government, NHS England, Public Health England, and relevant statutory bodies at all times.

inclusion.me are ready to support your OT service in whatever way you require during these challenging times, whether it be virtually or in person.
