Inclusion.Me independent OT "Apprentice" role

Inclusion.Me are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic & highly motivated OT to work as part of our team in an intern/apprentice role designed to give the successful applicant a chance to gain experience of life as an independent OT without any the risks normally attached - you'll be part of a team, have a regular monthly pay cheque, receive full supervision & mentoring along with a personal training budget & role development plan all aimed at supporting you into becoming a self employed OT!

What we can offer:

  • An initial 6 month contract with the option of 2 further performance related 3 month extensions
  • A diverse & varied role aimed at enhancing & developing your skills & experience relevant to independent practice
  • A personal training budget
  • Flexible working arrangements
  • An annual wage of between £30-35k p/a subject to experience plus a performance related bonus scheme
  • Become a preferred associate at the end of your contract

What we are looking for:

  • An OT looking to start on a new journey into independent practice or one who alternatively wants to gain the benefits of working within a rapidly growing & dynamic independent OT company
  • Experience of working within local authority & housing settings, in particular experience of equipment, minor & major adaptations
  • Ability to conduct work in both Kent & London locations - willingness to travel around the South East as required
  • Car driver
  • Flexible, enthusiastic & highly motivated approach
  • Excellent assessment, verbal & written skills combined with an ability to make decisions independently
  • Ability to work within a team & independently
