Selfridges & Co Equality Act Review

September 30th, 2013

Inclusion.Me Ltd are very proud to have been fortunate enough to be selected to work with Selfridges & Co at the Oxford Street store in London to improve the accessibility of their flagship store and services.

We have worked closely with Selfridges over the last few months to undertake a full disability access audit report and Equality Act review aimed at supporting their ongoing drive to improve the accessibility of their services to all members of the public. We have provided additional guidance through the provision of various bespoke design guide documents to assist with planning cost effective access improvements as refurbishments are carried out in the future as well as also helping them review their staff training requirements. Selfridges are committed to improving the accessibility of one of Europe’s premier department stores in the heart of London’s west end and Inclusion are very proud to be able to assist them with this shared goal.

A disability access audit is the easiest and most comprehensive way of making sure you meet the needs of your disabled clients, customers and employees. An access audit by Inclusion.Me will map a journey through your business, as taken by a disabled person meaning that you are aware of all your responsibilities under the Equality Act and the most cost-effective ways of meeting them.

For more information about how an access audit could improve the accessibility of your service or to simply arrange a free consultation call Inclusion.Me on 01892 704065 or email
