The Company

Inclusion.Me Company Profile

Based upon our substantial client base, alongside our recent growth both in terms of company structure & reputation, Inclusion.Me is one of the UK’s leading providers of OT & access solutions. We specialise in providing expert assessments & recommendations within the fields of rehabilitation, paediatrics, vocational rehabilitation, housing, equipment, mobility and access. We believe that our expertise within both the public and independent sectors is invaluable in identifying the most appropriate & creative solutions, whilst assisting our service users through what can often be a complicated major adaptations process.

Our mission is to provide accessible services that are underpinned by dignity and empowerment.

  • We apply ‘Universal Design’, maximizing usability of facilities for all without neglecting the importance of aesthetic.
  • We ensure the provision of high quality assessments & interventions for all service sectors.
  • We provide access to expert Therapists, to maximize functional independence and choice.
  • We act as a Centre of Excellence for Knowledge and Innovation in practice.
  • We ensure maximization of Service User involvement in relation to service provision.

Our award winning reputation is built on the foundations of providing reliable assessments and analysis of functional ability, by our network of knowledgeable, expert OTs. We also believe that "accessible" should not necesitate a compromise in aesthetics or quality of life, which from our experience can unfortunately often be the case in the frequently grey and disabling commercial market place.

As Occupational Therapists we understand the importance of placing our client's well being at the centre of all of our working relationships, whether it be on behalf of a local authority or at the request of an individual or case manager. Well-being, in relation to an individual, as defined within the Care Act 2014, means that individual’s well-being so far as relating to any of the following:

  • personal dignity (including treatment of the individual with respect)
  • physical and mental health and emotional well-being
  • protection from abuse and neglect
  • control by the individual over day-to-day life (including over care and support, or support, provided to the individual and the way in which it is provided)
  • participation in work, education, training or recreation
  • social and economic well-being
  • domestic, family and personal relationships
  • suitability of living accommodation
  • the individual’s contribution to society

As a result of this belief we always ensure that we build our working relationships upon the following foundations:

  • the importance of beginning with the assumption that the individual (our client) is best-placed to judge the individual’s (their own) well-being
  • the individual’s views, wishes, feelings and beliefs are fundamental to our work with every client we are fortunate enough to partner
