We receive enquiries referrals throughout the UK for clients requiring a broad range of Occupational Therapy specialisms and services. Whether your skills and clinical experience lie in working with children and young people or with adults; whether you specialise in housing adaptations; specialist equipment provision; seating and postural management; neurological, functional or vocational rehabilitation; hand therapy; learning disability etc… whatever your clinical skill set…

What We Offer Our Associates

Referrals and Assessments
We receive referrals from a wide range of referrers including Health, Education, Social Care as well as private funders, charities, case managers, solicitors and other professionals.
Referrers commission our independent initial assessments and reports. The intervention delivered post assessment is purely needs led and is based on the professional opinion of our assessing therapists.
Our therapists outline their recommendations for intervention for each client in their assessment reports. The referrers then commission the recommended intervention, should they wish to proceed.

Therapy and Intervention
Our therapists use their creativity and therapeutic relationships to make each therapy session or home visit enjoyable, meaningful and goal focussed.
The interventions delivered are truly holistic and the OT's can focus, not just on meeting basic needs, but also on quality of life, leisure, participation and social and family inclusion.
This reignites our therapists’ passion and enthusiasm for OT as well as utilising all their skills and experience and further develops their skills, experience and knowledge base.

Support and Training
Support from OTs experienced in their clinical field.
Each associate has a named contact who will be able to liaise with them regarding any case queries they have and provide them with the support required.
All reports are peer-reviewed. Inclusion provide training sessions from time to time and all associates are invited to attend, whether virtually or in person.
Associates also have access to free online training programmes.

Professional Development
We love supporting OTs to broaden their skill set, especially in the fun, diverse and exciting field of paediatrics.
We welcome conversations with our associates regarding any fields of OT they would like to try and develop their skills and experience within.
Alongside the therapists’ own CPD, we can provided appropriate cases to support each therapist skills and experience and grade the complexity of the cases allocated overtime, inline with the professional development of each OT.

Pay
Our Inclusion associates are paid fixed fees for any assessments and reports they conduct.
The rates are dependent upon the type of assessment required.
Following assessment, our associates are paid an hourly rate for any commissioned intervention they carry out.
Depending on the distance between the client and the associate, travel costs may also be covered. Travel charges are discussed and agreed prior to a case being allocated to an associate.
Payment is made 30 days following submission of an invoice.
