1: Free Access Checklist Tool

This checklist provides guiding questions for smaller service providers to review their accessibility. And remember that the DDA stipulates only that you act reasonably - this means taking into account issues such as finance, size and the nature of your business.

Please note this checklist does not constitute a Disability Access Audit and should be used alongside appropriate further guidance such as our Guide to Accessibility or Part M of the Building Regulations. It is strongly advised that wherever possible a full access audit is completed by a qualified Disability Access Auditor with relevant experience.

2: Part M of the Building Regulations

This document provides building guidance around accessible buildings and recommended dimensions. It is always advised that you contact an appropriate Access Auditor or Consultant for further guidance. Read about how Inclusion can help. Disability access audit & DDA
