		<description>Hi, Yes there is something called a Disabled Facilities Grant - you are best off getting in touch with your local social services Occupational Therapy Department who will be able to assess your needs for free and that make recommendations as appropriate. They can then also explain all the relevant information about how the DFG process works. There should be some more information about DFG&#039;s on our blog pages and also on the net.   I get Pension Credit also Disability living allowance at high rate,I am having difficulty in getting in and out of the bath my husband is having to help me.I have had a Triple heart-by-pass,a back operation, both knees replaced,a D.V.T. in left leg and have difficulty in walking.We are unable to afford to have the bathroom moved or replaced, is there any help we can get.
