Kent County Council Occupational Therapy Department
Feedback for Inclusion’s work for Kent County Council Occupational Therapy Service:
Communication was good with client and team alike. Inclusion was easily accessible via email or phone, always making prior arrangements when needing to visit the office to collect or return casework.
Always responded to messages within a reasonable timescale. Any queries were emailed through on a daily basis.
Reporting and recording was always completed fully, professionally and promptly enabling performance indicators to be met. There was a clear understanding of eligibility criteria, policies and procedures.
Inclusion took referrals requesting equipment or minor adaptations but were prepared to take on straightforward adaptation work when necessary, and completing recommendations for these.
