About us………
So what can we tell you about Inclusion……….
Inclusion started to grow just over a year ago following a conversation between a group of social services Occupational Therapists who not only wanted to diversify their experiences in the profession, but who also felt that their places of work were not recieving a good service from the OT agencies whom they were dealing with. The ideas grew, and changed, and then grew again. Then we took the step and created Inclusion, with the underpinning philosophy that we could make a company that allowed us to work in areas that were exciting, varied and interesting and that would also provide the highest quality and most cost effective service that we could at all times……..
Matthew Box is the head of Inclusion. An OT with over 15 years experience as an Occupational Therapist who has worked in numerous social service departments across London and the south east in various roles from community OT to Team Leader. He specialises in Paediatric case work, equipment and adaptation assessments and DDA access audits. He has undertaken a wide variety of access courses from the CAE including their disability access auditing skills & access statement courses. He has expeirence of personal injury & clinical negligence case work, having worked for the countires no 1 rehab cost consultancy, and is well versed in providing expert witness reports for litigation cases.
We get alot of requests from OT’s for information on working for Inclusion – we are unfortunately not currently looking to employ any new OT’s but if you would like to send over your CV then we will contact you when this situation changes.
